The Spirit Comes in the Smallest Things

Yesterday, as I was walking home from the bus, I had a great example of spirit. I had my wheels in my Heelys and was about to start rolling. But then I had a feeling inside to wait just to wait another couple seconds before I start. I ignored that feeling and assured that I would be fine if I started anyway. Well, I started and sure enough the road was poorly smoothed and I tripped and cut open my hand. I was fine, I'm tough,though I wouldn't have cut open my hand if I listened to the spirit. I'm glad Heavenly Father cares for every one of his children, no matter who it is or what the problem.

I just realized that i havent posted in over 2 months now.My last post was on December 2, 2007

Well lets start from where we left off.

Dec. 15- had an annual ginger bread house making tradition with grandma powell

Jan.8 -forgetting its 2008 and putting the year 2007 on my schoolwork

Jan.16- getting the hang of the date

Jan.31- got my motorcycle-150cc and its awesome!!

Feb.7 - writing this and thinking about science fair project and book report due on the 15th

well thats whats been happin so far. i'll post about stuff i forgot and upcoming events later

Who Da Spartan?

I want to officially say that I am the all time Halo master of people I've played.

This includes Taylor, Trent, Austin, Cade, Dad, Rusty, Ian, and every friend that I played.

Dairy Queen

The other night we went to Dairy Queen.
I had a Reese's Blizzard. It was good, and I had fun.
Then we watched the original Jungle Book movie.
That was a fun family time also.

Tent Laughs

on our latest scout camp out,stone,nick,Isaac,and i bunked in one tent.
sure enough , we stayed up all night.
for 3 and a half hours we were laughin and jokin',telling every joke we knew.
then nick and i fell asleep for 2 hours.
when we woke up we played around with cell phones , cameras and video cameras.
the next 1 hour we played with cards.
the last 1 and half hours we just talked about funny moments.

Scouts

Laughing and joking around are only the beginning.

I found our mascot ,Fred the Frog, ALMOST slapped a cow which I spent about 20 minutes

on,went on hikes and all that good stuff.

I also memorized the scout law,slogan,motto, and promise.
